• 14 or more days before the scheduled session: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 7 to 13 days before the scheduled session: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before the scheduled session: No refunds will be issued.

2. Exceptions

Full refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances, subject to supporting documentation:

• Government-mandated closures or restrictions (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies).
• Medical emergencies with valid documentation.
• Force majeure events such as travel restrictions or natural disasters.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional rates, special offers, or custom packages may be marked as "Non-Refundable" and will not be eligible for cancellations or refunds.

4. Modifications to Bookings

We understand that plans can change. You may modify your booking once at no additional charge if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
